Every now and then is really nice to go out to eat some Mexican food, shrimps tacos and fajitas were on the menu for our dinner out. Those are my go-to every time I crave this type of food. As you can see I went for a margarita as a cocktail to go with the two courses, even tough the strawberry one was a lot better, so next time I think I’ll go for that one instead! The restaurant is really cozy and nice, always have a nice time there; furthermore is really close to home so that’s totally a plus. After that just went home to relax a bit and get ready for the next full day at work!
Belt from Iets Frans / Vintage mom jeans from Diesel / Jacket from Aspesi Blu / Turtleneck from United Colors of Benetton
Belts over jackets are surely a thing right now. Got my Iets Frans belt in Urban Outfitters, after being in my wishlist just for a short while; you can also find it in other different variations such as this one that I like very much too. Paired it with a fluffy white jacket from Aspesi that has a short classic cut: the combo makes the jacket a little more sporty, also thanks to the jeans I decided to wear. A white turtleneck finished the look, keeping it all very light and matchy.
If you are just a bit into the big world of fashion and of the Scandinavian style you surely know about Pernille Teisbaek, a well known danish influencer, street style star and now co-owner and creative director of the agency “Social Zoo” that brings together fashion and influencers. She’s also a published author thanks to her first ever book in which she introduces us to her nordic and unique style.
As the title says, it is a guide to the Scandinavian fashion and trends with many different sections: statement pieces and how to style them, the layering technique, how to dress when always on the go and and how to find the perfect color/material match to our own skin tone ( pretty sure I am on the cold-skin team, what about you? )
The content is various and always interesting, but it’s not just about that. Another reason why this book really gets you, it’s thanks to of its minimal setting, various fonts and layout. It has colored pages trough-out the chapters and also pages full of images of different kind of looks or accessories, based on the section you are reading. I love the cover as well, it’s so eye catching thanks to the shot they choose in which Pernille is wearing an all yellow look with the infamous banana t-shirt from Ganni.
As we all know, fashion is highly volatile; what’s in one season may be reconsidered during the next one, so lots of times also books become outdated pretty quickly. This is not the case! Pernille here doesn’t just talks about what’s trending and whats not, but mostly about herself, her style, her way of dressing and matching different kind of patterns and textures. So to sum it up: she’s talking about her brand, her personal unique one that’s something rarely goes out of date right? 😉
Go for it if you have the chance, you’ll feel very inspired and inebriated by the nordic style … it’s deinitely a cool addiction to every book shelves!

Having a walk in the fields new to home, with the most simple and comfy outfit ever. Black, white and a touch of red can never go wrong.
Harley Crepe Wrap Dress / Lilou Shoes / May Sunglasses / Joycedale Shirt / Harway T-shirt, Happy Endings / Dubois Polo Pants & Dubois Polo Blouse / Classon Embroidery Ankle Socks, Banana / Orsay Purse
Easy-to-wear pieces that can be worn in every single occasion is what the Copenhagen based company Ganni offers. Founded in 2000 and run by Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup, it is absolutely one of my fave brands: from their dresses to trousers and accessories they always give cool pieces with a twist of Scandinavian vibes.
Todays is again not a so sunny day, so here I am dreaming about wearing all of these pieces that are mostly from their new S/S 18 collection. As you can see floral patterns and bold colors are surely a must for the months ahead of us. The wrap dress is effortlessly chic thanks to its design and details such as the concealed waist belt and the little black line on the sleeves. Keeping up with the flower power, I opted for the Joycedale Shirt in this light blue tone that screams spring everywhere… and again, I love the details! Such as the pocket on the chest and the hidden buttons. Last but not least, the little bucket got immediately my attention!
